When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped once your payment has been successfully paid for by you. You will be notified via an email once it’s been dispatched.
For overseas delivery please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a direct quote.
How much does it cost for delivery?
We use Australia Post and offer a flat rate of $10 (ex GST) per delivery. If you spend of $300 in one transaction we will deliver it to you for free. Delivery fees may be subject to change without notice and will be posted on the website at the time of change.
How long will it take to deliver?
Please allow up to 3 days if you live in the Metropolitan area and 5 days for regional addresses. Please note if no one is home to receive the parcel, local postal guidelines apply. We do not deliver to PO boxes. To track your order call Australia Post 13 11 18 and quote consignment number.
Do you offer a same day delivery service?
Yes we do. If you would like your order delivered to you on the same day, usually within 3 hours, we can courier it out to you. To arrange please call 03 9846 6818.

The Ilona Anthony gift certificate is the perfect present for someone special. Simply choose an amount on the gift certificate page and fill in the details. The certificate is valid for 6 months from date of purchase and will be sent via email to the recipient. Alternatively, purchase a Gift Card that may be redeemable in our Templestowe store only and is not redeemable for cash. Delivery for gift cards within Australia only is $3.50 via Australia Post Registered Mail.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense or provide any refund.
In the event you place an order for an item and we don’t have it in stock we will contact you as soon as possible to advise you of this and let you know when we expect our next delivery. You are welcome to order an alternative item or have us cancel this order for you.

Can I pick up the product to reduce time of delivery?
Providing we have the product in our store, you’re welcome to come in but please call first. (03 9846 6818)
What if I wish to return the faulty/damaged goods?
Full refunds will only be offered if goods are faulty as per consumer affair guidelines. You must get authorisation from Ilona Anthony and it must be made within 21 days from the date of the receipt. If goods are delivered damaged or faulty, simply email email@example.com with your name and the fault of the product you wish to return. Once you receive an authorisation number from Ilona Anthony, please place the goods (in their original condition) in a postpak or box (to protect the original packaging) and return to ilona anthony PO Box 742, Templestowe Vic 3106
When returning goods please use a reliable method of postage, as ilona anthony is not responsible for any items you return that go missing or become damaged in transit. The customer is responsible for postage costs back to our warehouse when returning an item for a refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the credit card you used to purchase the goods within 1-5 working days of receiving them at our warehouse.
