The Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with any additional conditions associated with using the Ilona Anthony website such as the Privacy Policy and the FAQs/Deliveries. In the event of any dispute or inconsistency, Ilona Anthony’s decision will be final and binding. Ilona Anthony will not accept any liability for any email communication to any of our customers that is misdirected, lost or not received. Ilona Anthony will not accept any liability for any technical issues that may cause damage to any computer related to or used in connection with the Ilona Anthony website.

Any personal information that you submit will be protected by our secure server. We might, on occasions, use this information to notify you of any important changes to our site or any special promotions that may be of interest to you. You may at any time request we do not contact you and we will oblige immediately. Ilona Anthony will not sell, trade or provide your personal information to any third party organisations or individuals, other than third party suppliers in the delivery of services you have agreed to accept from Ilona Anthony, or if we are requested to do so by a law enforcement agency in relation to a suspected breach of any law.

Delivery

Ilona Anthony charges a $10 delivery fee for all orders under $300 made in one transaction. Orders over $300 made in one transaction will be delivered for free.

GST

The Australian GST rate of 10% is included in the prices shown on the website.

International orders are exempt from Australian GST but may incur other charges as defined by their own customs – for further information please contact your country’s customs office directly.

Items not available

If you have selected an item to buy online which is out of stock or sold out, we will let you know immediately and will advise either when the stock will be available again or offer an alternative style or give you your money back.

Please be aware any websites that are linked to Ilona Anthony website may not have been reviewed by the user and Ilona Anthony is therefore not responsible for the content of any other sites. Your linking to any other off-site pages or other sites is entirely at your own risk.

Our Returns Policy

Full refunds will only be offered if goods are faulty as per consumer affair guidelines below. We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:-

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.

Please keep your proof of purchase—e.g. your receipt. Authorisation is strictly required from Ilona Anthony before a product is returned and it must be made within 14 days from the date of the receipt. If goods are delivered damaged or faulty, and for authorisation, simply email info@ilona.com with your name and the fault of the product you wish to return.

Once you receive an authorisation number from Ilona Anthony, please place the goods (in their original condition) in a postpak or box (to protect the original packaging) and post to this address:

When returning goods please use a reliable method of postage such as registered post, as Ilona Anthony is not responsible for any items you return that go missing or become damaged in transit. The customer is responsible for postage costs back to our warehouse when returning an item for a refund or exchange.

Refunds will be credited to the credit card you used to purchase the goods within 1-5 working days of receiving them at our warehouse.

Marketing and Promotional Communication
